Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering, and was
addressed in Notes 6.5.1.

Design
SPR# PALT5UYTV8 - If you customize your view via View -> Customize this view,
all of the changes do not take place until after you leave the view and re-open
it. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1.
Steps To Reproduce Problem:
1. In a mail file switch to the Inbox.
2. Select View --> Customize This View.
3. Select the Date column entry and click the "Move Down" button twice
4. Click OK to exit the Customize dialog box.
5. Notice that the Date column does not extend to the full window width.
6. Click to the Drafts folder and then back to the Inbox - notice that the
Date column now extends to the full width of the window.
